Synopsis

In the Spring Break hotspot of White Sands, Florida, Sheriff Terry Moran bans the town’s notorious butt‑contests to curry favor with older voters as he mounts a campaign for mayor — a move that betrays his wife, Doreen, who once reigned as the contests’ queen.
