The X-Files

Synopsis

FBI Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully are assigned to the X-Files, a collection of sidelined, unresolved investigations into strange and seemingly supernatural events. Mulder is driven by a firm belief in alien involvement and other paranormal causes, while Scully, a trained scientist and skeptic, is sent to scrutinize his discoveries through objective analysis—regularly offering conventional explanations that pull Mulder back toward mainstream law enforcement work.
