Synopsis
In 1910 Paris, timid cinema projectionist Emile and his flamboyant inventor friend Raoul set off to investigate a mysterious creature that has been unnerving the city's inhabitants. Their investigation draws them into an unlikely alliance with Lucille, the warm-hearted star of the Bird of Paradise cabaret, an eccentric scientist and his cantankerous monkey.
