Synopsis

Reaching fifty, a man who has spent his life tightly managing his diet, exercise and temper is suddenly struck by a heart attack. After dutifully following every piece of advice and still ending up in crisis, he realizes that control hasn't kept him safe. Confronted with his mortality, he decides to turn his back on restraint and spend the years ahead embracing pleasures, risks and the freedom he denied himself.
