Synopsis
Robert Sikes, a decorated colonel disillusioned with the courts, launches a personal war on his city's criminal elements. Operating outside legal bounds, he targets street crews, mob syndicates and crooked officials with increasingly ruthless tactics that skirt the line between justice and revenge. His former protégé, William Porter—now allied with the municipal police—is assigned to stop him, forcing a confrontation that puts loyalty, law and the city's fragile order at stake. As the pursuit tightens, Porter must decide whether to honor the man who trained him or to bring him down before Sikes' campaign spirals into chaos.
