Synopsis

After a mishap involving two annoying kids and a crew of hostile dolphins, a well-meaning oddball winds up in Amsterdam to reconnect with his old friend T.J. Hicks. When a mysterious killer starts picking off some of the city’s top escorts, circumstantial evidence and T.J.’s colorful reputation make him the prime suspect. To prove his friend innocent, the oddball plunges back into Amsterdam’s escort scene, going undercover among gigolos to uncover the real murderer before more lives are lost.
