Synopsis
At thirty-five, Aidan Bloom is an underemployed actor, husband and father who still feels adrift. He and his wife are scraping by, and Aidan often retreats into vivid childhood daydreams of being the heroic, futuristic Space-Knight he once imagined. When his ailing father—who had been paying for the children’s private school—can no longer cover tuition and the only nearby public option is failing, Aidan reluctantly agrees to homeschool his two kids. As he teaches them in his own eccentric way, he slowly reconnects with parts of himself he thought were gone and begins to find a new sense of purpose.
