Synopsis
While developing a new horror VR title, Hsu-Chuan brings home a cracked clay doll he recovered from a notorious haunted house. His pregnant wife, Mu-Hua—a meticulous conservator of cultural artifacts—becomes obsessively determined to restore the fragile figure, and as she pours herself into the task, strange and menacing events begin to plague their home and her health deteriorates. Running out of options, Hsu-Chuan turns to Ah-Sheng, a spiritual medium, and together they peel back the doll’s past. What they uncover is a buried, horrific secret woven into the clay that refuses to stay silent.
