Synopsis
Television reporter Tim O'Hara, eager for a career-making scoop, discovers a Martian whose ship has crash-landed on Earth. Certain this find will make his reputation, Tim plans to expose the alien — only to find the visitor has assumed a human identity as "Uncle Martin" and repeatedly frustrates every attempt to reveal him. What begins as a bid for journalistic glory turns into an unexpected partnership when the clever extraterrestrial thwarts Tim so persistently that he ultimately enlists the reporter's help to repair the craft and return home to Mars.
