Synopsis
A headstrong teenager in mid-1950s working-class Liverpool, the young John Lennon lives with his Aunt Mimi. When Mimi’s husband dies, John catches sight of his estranged mother Julia at the funeral and, despite Mimi’s disapproval, he sets out to reconnect with her.
