Synopsis
Louis Stevens, a former Green Beret recently returned from service in Brazil, comes back to Miami to find his old high school swallowed by gangs and drug activity. After he intervenes using his capoeira training to chase away a group of dealers from the campus, a longtime teacher named Kerrigan notices how the students respond to him. Convinced that Stevens can reach the most troubled kids, Kerrigan asks him to take on a small group of at-risk pupils and teach them capoeira as a way to steer their lives in a new direction.
