Synopsis
A Midwestern farmer and an experienced prospector join forces in California's gold country and set off on a series of wild adventures: they purchase and share a wife, stage a hold-up of a coach, abduct six women employed as prostitutes, and turn their dusty claim into a booming town. Along the way there is abundant drinking, gambling, and singing, and they apply as much inventiveness to mining for gold as to getting into trouble.
