Synopsis
Samuel Taylor Coleridge, a mercurial yet brilliant poet, forges a close partnership with the then little-known William Wordsworth; driven by a shared belief in liberty and democratic ideals, they set out to transform English poetry. Their collaboration ignites a creative revolution, but cracks soon appear: Coleridge descends into opium dependency while Wordsworth’s growing ambition and pride pull him away, unraveling the friendship that once powered their artistic dreams.
