Synopsis
New regulations announced by the Lady Mayoress wipe out gender, weight, height and intelligence barriers, opening the Police Academy to anyone who wants in. The sudden tide of unlikely recruits irritates the trainers, and not all cadets chose this path—social misfit Mahoney joined only to dodge a prison sentence.
