Synopsis
Ellison Oswalt, a true-crime writer mired in a decade-long slump, unearths what appears to be a snuff film depicting the slaughter of an entire family—and sees it as his last chance for a comeback. Determined to crack the case, he moves his wife and son into the very house where the victims lived, turning their new home into a live investigation. But as he digs through archival footage and unsettling clues, signs emerge that something beyond human violence may be responsible, and Ellison soon faces the terrifying possibility that the house itself is lethal.
