Is the movie Somebody available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?
At Stream Tracker, we keep an eye on where films land so you don't have to. Somebody (2025) is a quietly unnerving drama that moves between the glassy calm of a swimming pool and the cold, bureaucratic world of unclaimed deaths. It follows Young-eun, a swimming instructor and single mother struggling with her daughter So-hyun’s troubling behavior, then jumps twenty years later to Min, who handles unclaimed bodies and grows uneasy as a new colleague, Hae-young, slips into his life. The film swims in themes of memory, grief, suspicion and the slow ripples of past trauma. In this article, the Stream Tracker team checks Somebody’s streaming status across Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and AppleTV+, explains regional availability, and points to where you can watch it legally. If Somebody has picked up awards or festival prizes, those will be noted as well — read on to find out where to press play.
Synopsis
Young-eun, a swimming instructor, raises her seven-year-old daughter So-hyun alone. Their fragile routine is shattered when the family puppy falls from their apartment and dies, and So-hyun begins to bully and terrorize other children at school. Despite Young-eun’s desperate efforts to get help and treat her daughter’s troubling behavior, So-hyun grows increasingly erratic. Twenty years later, Min, who works handling unclaimed deaths, meets a new colleague named Hae-young and the two form an unexpectedly close bond. As Hae-young gently inserts herself into Min’s life, her warmth slowly gives way to unease, and Min finds himself questioning her true intentions.
