Synopsis

Born into the 19th-century Russian aristocracy, Antonina Milyukova is a striking, intelligent young woman who abandons every expectation of a comfortable life for a single obsession: to marry the composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky after being swept away by his music.
