Synopsis
When Juliette's school is destroyed by fire, her small, close-knit class faces being scattered across the county. Refusing to let them be split up, she convinces the only available refuge—the Poppies, the local nursing home—to take the children in during the repairs. The resulting coexistence, full of awkward moments, clashes and unexpected tenderness, forces both the youngsters and the elderly residents to confront fears, share stories and transform one another in ways no one anticipated. Based on a true story.
