Synopsis
In the wake of October 7, Israel reels. Y., a struggling jazz musician, and his wife Jasmine, a dancer, trade their art—and at times their dignity—for the favors of the powerful, offering fleeting pleasure and fragile comfort to a grieving nation. As their performances become a strange kind of balm for a country in pain, Y. is suddenly commissioned to compose a new national anthem, a task that could shape the soul and future of the state.
