Synopsis
In a country torn by competing warlords, a wandering healer named Lao Jiugui returns to his hometown and discovers a chilling secret: children are being offered in sacrificial rites disguised as religious traditions. Forced to confront corrupt officials and a ruthless cult, he becomes the villagers’ protector—rescuing the innocent, exposing the conspiracy, and taking up arms when needed.
