Ajin

Synopsis

Seventeen years earlier, seemingly immortal beings first emerged on African battlefields. In time, sporadic, mysterious immortals began turning up among ordinary people and were labeled Ajin (demi-humans). Just before summer break, a Japanese high-school student is killed instantly in a traffic accident while heading home, only to revive moments later—and a bounty is placed on his head. From that moment he becomes a fugitive, forced to run from a world that now fears and hunts him.
