Synopsis
Yakko, Wakko and their little sister Dot were allegedly created in the 1930s, but their wild, unpredictable cartoons proved too much for audiences — so studio execs locked them away in the studio’s water tower. Decades later, they break out in the 1990s and tumble into the modern world, uprooting normalcy and sparking chaos and laughter wherever they go.
