Is the TV show Between Steps available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?

At Stream Tracker, I keep tabs on where to watch the shows people are talking about — and Between Steps (2026) is one of those quietly powerful arrivals. Centered on Minjae, a former swimmer now living with a prosthetic leg, and Yujin, a master's student trying to rebuild her path, the series unfolds in pools and robotics labs where biomechanics, rehab and human feeling collide; their romance is at once fiery, bittersweet and tender. In this article I'll guide you through the current streaming availability of Between Steps on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and AppleTV+, with region notes and tips on how to find it. If the series has won awards or festival honors, those will be listed in the section below.

Synopsis

After an illness led to the amputation of his leg, Minjae — a former competitive swimmer — has carved out a calm, controlled existence as a PhD student. That balance is upended when Yujin, a master's student reinventing herself after losing direction, joins the robotics lab. Working side by side among gears and prototypes, they spark a relationship that is at once passionate, bittersweet, and quietly tender, forcing both to face grief, longing, and the chance for renewal.
