Synopsis
Goku and his friends return in a refreshed version of the 1989 animated series, redubbed, recut, and visually restored by Toei. The storyline has been tightened to more closely follow the original comic, and the show features new opening and closing themes. Across the season, martial artist Goku and his band of allies confront ever-more-powerful adversaries—demonic forces, alien invaders, and ruthless villains—as they battle to protect Earth from destruction. Will they be able to overcome these escalating threats and save the world?
