Synopsis

Paz Roble is a warm, hardworking woman whose life is torn apart when her husband, Fermín, steals their newborn and, desperate to repay dangerous creditors, sells the baby to wealthy Mauro Nicoliti. The scheme is masterminded by Mauro’s adoptive sister, Geneva, who, having lost her own child at birth, will stop at nothing to replace the daughter she never had and protect her family’s fortune. Meanwhile, Esteban Villa de Cortés becomes a widower raising three children, haunted by loss and blamed for his wife’s death by her mother, Elvira Moncada.
