Synopsis

In a ruined, near-future Los Angeles where society has reorganized around taste, culinary masters rule: recipes are power, plated meals buy influence, and access to certain flavors marks your place in the new hierarchy. From the neon-lit alleys and fortified kitchens rises Jiro, a reclusive sushi artisan whose quiet past conceals a burning need for retribution; moving through rival culinary houses, corrupt patrons, and lethal food duels, he sets out to reclaim what was taken and dismantle the gastronomic elite that governs the city.
