Company Retreat (2026). This simmering mockumentary drops a temp named Anthony into the bottling-room drama of a hot sauce company: a supposedly routine corporate retreat meant to mark the founder’s exit instead turns into a spicy showdown between takeover ambition and small‑batch values — and Anthony has no idea the whole thing is staged. Expect workplace satire, simmering tensions, and plenty of heat both literal and figurative. Want to know where to watch? Synopsis
Anthony, a temporary worker at a small-batch hot sauce company, is invited to a corporate retreat meant to mark a moment of change as the founder prepares to step aside. What begins as team-building and celebration soon fractures into a heated struggle between executives pushing for growth and long-time staff determined to preserve the brand’s hands-on, community-driven spirit. Eager to fit in, Anthony remains unaware that the entire weekend is a carefully orchestrated performance — a staged power play designed to determine the company’s future.
