Synopsis
Rude is an E-rank adventurer whose sole skill, "Status Ailment Nullification," is only valued for gathering medicinal herbs in miasma-choked ruins. Mocked by his peers as the "Miasma Scavenger" for his lack of combat ability, he takes a chance on a newly discovered dungeon to change his fortunes—only to be betrayed and left to die by his own party. With supplies gone and life ebbing away, he commits a forbidden act: he eats the flesh of a monster. That desperate choice awakens a terrifying power—each creature he devours grants him new abilities—propelling Rude into a brutal, transformative quest for survival and revenge.
