Synopsis

Desperate to pay for her gravely ill grandmother's treatment, top student Zhou Wan turns to Lu Xixiao, her mother's stepson, for financial help. The two grow close during the summer after graduation and fall in love, but misunderstandings and the pressures of real life tear them apart. Ten years later they meet again at work; Lu Xixiao is still hurt and resentful, even though his feelings for Zhou Wan endure.
