Is the TV show Overlord available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?
On behalf of the Stream Tracker team, here’s a quick intro to Overlord (2015) and where to find it on major streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or Apple TV+. Overlord drops you into the shutdown of Yggdrasil, a once-popular virtual reality game, where one player — Momonga — refuses to log out and wakes up reborn as a skeletal ruler, the most powerful wizard in a world where NPCs begin to feel and act like real people. From eerie dungeons to the shadow of Ainz Ooal Gown’s ambitions, the series blends high-stakes strategy, dark fantasy, and the uncanny tension of a player turned overlord reshaping a world that was meant to be predictable. Availability, however, can vary by territory: Netflix may carry certain seasons in some regions, while Prime Video, Disney+, or Apple TV+ might host it elsewhere. Check Stream Tracker to see which platform currently streams Overlord where you are so you can decide whether to follow Momonga’s march to power from your couch or jump straight into the labyrinth.
Synopsis
By 2138, virtual-reality gaming rules popular culture. When the once-massive online realm Yggdrasil is suddenly shut down, one lone player refuses to log out. Stuck inside, his avatar is remade as a towering skeletal sorcerer with unmatched power, and the game’s former NPCs begin to show genuine emotion and autonomy. With no family, friends, or place to return to in the real world, he sets out to assert control over the strange new reality the game has become.
