Is the TV show Playing Go available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?

Playing Go (2025) stages a high-stakes duel where every choice feels like a played stone: Cui Ye, an ordinary Go teacher, sees his life captured and surrounded by crime, while his brother Cui Wei—a relentless police officer—rides the hunt like a threatening ladder. The series uses the language of the board—territory, ko fights, tesuji and sacrifice—to map a descent from everyday routine into moral ambiguity. On Stream Tracker, we check whether Playing Go is available to stream on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or Apple TV+ and explain how to find it on each service. If the show has won awards or festival prizes, those honors will be highlighted in the article.

Playing Go

Synopsis

Cui Ye, a mild-mannered Go teacher, sees his quiet existence shattered after an accidental brush with a crime draws him into a world he never intended to enter. Small compromises and desperate choices pull him further from the straight path, until survival and secrecy lead him into outright illegality. Standing on the other side of the law is his brother, Cui Wei, a dogged police officer whose mission to arrest the culprit becomes a personal pursuit, forcing both men to confront loyalties, guilt and how far they will go to protect—or destroy—each other.
