Synopsis

As a consequence, Ranma is afflicted with a peculiar transformation: any contact with cold water turns him into a striking, redheaded young woman with a well-developed physique, while hot water restores his male form—until the next accidental splash. Back home, Genma complicates Ranma’s life further by arranging an engagement to Akane Tendo, a strong-willed girl who has no patience for boys.
