Synopsis

Orhun is a driven, successful entrepreneur who grew up in a wealthy household devoid of warmth, alongside his twin sister Nihan, their younger sister Nurşah and their aloof, status-obsessed mother Afife. When Nihan, who had gone abroad to work as a volunteer doctor, suddenly stops answering all contact, the family is thrown into panic and Orhun sets out to find her. His search brings him face-to-face with Hira, a young woman trapped in poverty and held by human traffickers like a prisoner. The investigation takes a darker turn when the family learns Nihan has died from poisoning; at first the blame falls on a local gang, and Orhun is devastated. But when the truth surfaces—that Hira was the one who administered the poison—Orhun’s grief hardens into a cold plan for revenge. Determined to humiliate those he holds responsible, Orhun shoots for an extreme revenge: marrying Hira to wound his mother and to assert control. Afife, who has long hidden Orhun’s father from the family and obsesses over “pure” lineage and social rank, sees the match as an abomination and doubles down on her cruelty. As the marriage sets off a battle of power, shame and secrets, both Orhun and Hira must confront their choices and past wounds. Will their union become another cage engineered by Afife’s prejudice, or can the two damaged souls find a path to redemption after paying for the wrongs that set them on this collision course?
