Synopsis
Can anyone learn to race? Jan Van Looveren puts that question to the test in Start to Race, where twelve ordinary Flemings embark on a four-month transformation to become competitive racing drivers. Coached by veteran racer Sam Dejonghe, they tackle car control, racecraft, raw speed and the mental toughness—focus, courage and persistence—required to perform at a high level. Each episode raises the stakes with tougher drills and high-pressure challenges that push the participants to their physical and psychological limits.
