The Blacklist

Synopsis

Raymond "Red" Reddington, a notorious fugitive near the top of the FBI’s most-wanted lists, unexpectedly turns himself in at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. He insists his goals mirror the Bureau’s: taking down the world’s most dangerous criminals and terrorists. Over the past two decades he has assembled a secret register of offenders the FBI doesn’t even know exist — a compilation he calls “The Blacklist” — and offers his help to locate them. His assistance, however, comes with one condition: he will speak only to Elizabeth Keen, a newly appointed FBI profiler.
