Synopsis

Once a dominant force, the Builder club has slipped into a deep slump, its owner’s ambitions of elevating the team into KHL contention fading as losses pile up and the squad sinks to the bottom of the table. With talk of closing the club and even shutting the arena growing louder, the disillusioned owner makes an unexpected choice: he names a former figure skating coach to run the organization, more an act of desperation than confidence. Now the team’s revival rests on this unlikely director’s ability to weld a fractured locker room back together, reignite the bond with fans—long praised as the team’s “sixth player”—and become the decisive “seventh player” who can deliver results off the ice at the management table.
