Synopsis
When a research institute perfects a device capable of creating and controlling weather, its military deployment sparks a series of catastrophic atmospheric events that endanger life worldwide. Dr. Jonathan Kirk and fellow scientist Danni Wilson join forces with detectives Devon Williams and Stilman to halt the escalating disaster, while Kirk himself becomes the target of hired assassins trying to silence him.
