Synopsis
Facing a room of flashing cameras and reporters, global star Nina drifts into memories of a humbler past: her youth spent scrubbing floors and tending rooms in a dilapidated hotel on the Italian coast. There she forms an unlikely friendship with the grand, aging Contessa Sanziani, who enchants Nina with vivid stories of a life of glamour and wealth alongside Count Sanziani.
