Synopsis
While visiting his father's native Akita to see the famed Omagari Fireworks Festival, Shin-chan and his family find themselves caught up in a bizarre event that frees the inhabitants of "Yokai Land," who begin rampaging across Akita and spreading chaos through the rest of Japan.
