Synopsis

A once-famous, corrupt children's-TV performer named Rainbow Randolph is dumped after a bribery scandal and replaced by Smoochy, an innocent-looking, bubblegum-pink rhinoceros mascot. As the new face wins skyrocketing ratings and the favor of a network executive, Randolph embarks on a string of increasingly outrageous schemes to undermine the rival and claw his way back into the public's affection.
