Is the movie Diaz - Don't Clean Up This Blood available on Netflix, Disney+, Prime or Apple TV+?

At Stream Tracker, we keep an eye on where hard-hitting cinema lands so you don’t have to. Diaz – Don’t Clean Up This Blood (2024) returns to the bloody nights around the Genoa G8 protests — the deadly clash that saw Carlo Giuliani shot and a police raid on the Diaz high school where unarmed protesters and reporters sought refuge. Amnesty International called what followed “the most serious breach of civil liberties in a democratic Western country since World War II,” and the film confronts that police brutality and the aftermath head-on. In this article you’ll find whether Diaz is currently streaming on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or Apple TV+ and how to watch it where you are; if the film has picked up festival prizes or awards, those will be listed as well.

Diaz - Don't Clean Up This Blood

Synopsis

Between July 19 and 21, 2001, more than 200,000 people poured into the streets of Genoa to protest the G8 summit. Tensions erupted into violent confrontations with police, and 23‑year‑old demonstrator Carlo Giuliani was fatally shot during an encounter with a police vehicle. Later that night, officers raided the Diaz high school, where roughly a hundred unarmed protesters—many students—and independent journalists who had been documenting the clashes had taken refuge. Amnesty International later characterized the raid as one of the gravest violations of civil liberties in a Western democracy since World War II.
