Synopsis
Having broken out of confinement, Gellert Grindelwald begins rallying supporters to a creed that places wizards above all non-magical people. The only person capable of opposing him is Albus Dumbledore, the very man who once counted Grindelwald as his closest ally, but Dumbledore must turn to the one wizard who previously thwarted Grindelwald—his former student Newt Scamander. Newt agrees to join the effort, unaware of the peril that awaits. As the wizarding world polarizes, love and loyalty are pushed to their limits, fracturing even the strongest friendships and family ties.
