Synopsis
Shy orphan Seymour Krelborn works at a failing flower shop on a rundown city block, secretly smitten with his co-worker Audrey while enduring the daily insults of his employer, Mr. Mushnik. When Seymour discovers an unusual, fast-growing plant he names Audrey II, the shop inexplicably blossoms into success — but the plant demands a terrible price: it feeds on human blood and has a persuasive, musical way of asking for more. As the creature grows in power and influence, Seymour is pulled into a terrifying moral dilemma where ambition, love and survival collide with increasingly deadly consequences.
