Synopsis

Recruited by the U.S. government as a special operations unit, Susan Murphy—Ginormica—and the Monsters are sent back to Susan’s hometown of Modesto, California after an anomalous extraterrestrial signal is detected just before Halloween. The town looks perfectly ordinary, its porches dotted with smiling jack-o’-lanterns, but when Halloween night falls those harmless-looking pumpkins transform into alien organisms determined to seize the planet. Now the Monsters must fight through suburban streets and haunted lawns to stop the sinister, pumpkin-led invasion before it’s too late.
