Synopsis

When ruthless General Rancor plots to seize the world with a missile strike, only Dick Steele—codename Agent WD-40—stands between him and catastrophe. Rancor needs a specialized circuit designed by Veronique Ukrinsky’s father, so Steele forms an uneasy alliance with Veronique, a KGB operative.
