Synopsis

A band of criminals calling themselves the Santa Claus Gang is terrorizing the city, and the police are hopelessly behind. Captain Gilbert’s attention is split by a Chinese reporter who’s following the unit for a feature, while taxi driver Daniel is wrestling with a rocky love life. After the thieves repeatedly outmaneuver the force, Daniel and his souped-up cab step up to help bring them down.
