Synopsis
After a cocky Texas border agent kills and secretly buries his ranch hand and close friend Melquiades Estrada, Pete Perkins is driven to fulfill a promise to lay him to rest in his native Mexican village. To keep that pledge, Pete abducts the officer, digs up Melquiades’ body, and leads an unexpected horseback journey south to return his friend home.
