Synopsis

Mark Renton, struggling with heroin addiction, drifts between attempts at getting clean and falling back into bad choices, surrounded by his unreliable friends—Sick Boy, Begbie, Spud and Tommy—and accompanied by Diane, a girlfriend who is underage.
