Synopsis
In 1997, ahead of the Pope's visit to Rio de Janeiro, BOPE Captain Nascimento is dispatched to secure a nearby, volatile favela. His orders are to neutralize the drug gangs whose presence threatens the neighbourhood chosen for the pontiff's stay.
