Synopsis

Dr. Arliss Loveless, a Southern inventor rendered legless, plots to plunge the nation back into civil war by carrying out an assassination on President Ulysses S. Grant. Only two men can stand in his way: the deadly marksman James West and Artemus Gordon, a cunning master of disguise and fellow inventor. Reluctantly allied, they must pool their skills—guns, guile, and inventive trickery—to uncover and stop Loveless’s deadly conspiracy.
